The single biggest complaint we've seen about what annoys people in Habbo is room blockers. Some demand being paid to let people through. Some do it just for laughs. And else just everyone hates them, us included. So, we decided it's finally time to do something about it.
Starting from this release, all rooms allows people to walk through each other by default. You still can't try to intentionally walk to a spot where someone else is standing, but if someone is standing on the way when you're walking somewhere you walk through them like they weren't there.
Room owners will have a new preference for this, which allows you to turn blocking back on. This will enable you to run any games that required blocking to work.
We'll be looking at how this works closely, and tuning the walking depending on how it pans out. Remember to participate in the poll later this week, where we'll be asking about your opinions on the feature! If we don't know about your opinions, we can't change Habbo for the better.
