It is currently in the making, but there is a beta of it you can download somewhere off of www.poolsclosed.us.

So far the only features are lightning-fast (speed can be reduced to bypass flood filters) looped flooding of custom messages or prewritten spam. More features will be coming soon, such as automatic Habbo registration and login.
Will be put up for download when g0dModule feels like it, so far you'll have to /r/ it on PoolsClosed or Anonymous' secret websites.
