Picnic Garden: manOFsnow (if he is willing to do it)

Libary and Pub: AceMooMoo

Do the Info Bus and Kitchen really need to be looked over (only need a couple of nigs to block).

The smaller rooms nobody visits (Zen Garden, and that "licorish pipe" room) could just be ignored and raided by /b/tards (easy to blockAID)
