The Spring Lull was instituted after oragnized raids were held every week over the winter, followed by MLK Day. In order to avoid nigras getting burned out from too many raids a gap was left between MLK Day and 7/12, during which no large raids were organized. Applied in both 2007 and 2008, meeting with success in not only avoiding burnout but building up the energy of nigras to make the rest of the year even more epic.
