Live help is part of a MOD's arsenal. If a habbofag is ever in trouble, they may be smart enough to use the "Live Help Tool". To get the the tool, go to the bottom-right hand corner of the "client" and click the blue question mark. The choose the second bullet. After this, a message box will come up. "Live Help" is basically means "Moderator". Nowadays, a MOD will ban you if it sees you /b/locking and what not, but sometimes, especially if the MOD is a new one, they will just send you a message that is titled "Live Help". This message will, most of the time, be an incomplete sentence or have bad grammar. An example of this is when you get a mesasge that says "blocking". It doesn't tell you anything about 'blocking', it just states "blocking". These are the kinds of stuff you may run into in your quest against AIDS, so pop right back into the room and speak out against it if the MOD in the room is still present.
